Dear Camper, here is some useful and mandatory information for your participation at the Wbsc Supercamp 2024.

1) SUNDAY FIRST DAY OF CAMP
Check in from 9 to 13.00 c/o PARK HOTEL via Dino Ravaglioli 3 - 47011 Castrocaro Terme (FC)
Complete the camp registration (documents, payments and camp information)
A room will be assigned to you in one of the 3 partner hotels.
Pick up the camp's gears.
Reach the hotel and take your room.
Lunch will be served around 1.15 pm at the hotel where you are staying
The activities (training and evaluation's games) will start at the Villa Romiti gym (Maps) at 3 pm with this schedule:

3.15pm > NBA (2006 - ‘09)  4.45pm >  NCAA (2010 - ‘13)

Transportation: our bus will always leave from the Park Hotel. All camp’s schedules will be communicated at check-in and directly to the campers via whatsapp.
Saturday check out: all camp activities will finish after the awarding ceremony at the end of the Finals. Parents will be able to attend and pick up their children at the end of the ceremony, around 12 pm. Campers who need transport will be accompanied to the train station, where they will arrive around 12.40 pm.

2) INSURANCE
Injuries:  Death  € 80,000.00  -  Permanent invalidity € 80,000.00
In the event of a radiologically ascertained fracture, immediate lump sum payment of € 200.00 (two hundred) to all for injuries whose disabling consequences fall within the 7% deductible.
After that (from 8%), the fixed fee will be replaced by the payment of € 800.00 for each point of disability ascertained as established by the table in use since last year and provided for by the Ministerial Decree being promulgated. Hospitalization allowance € 10.00 (maximum compensation 30 days, deductible 5 days);
Reimbursement of medical expenses: the specifics of the benefits reimbursable under this coverage are indicated on the association's aics.it website under the heading of insurance coverage, (maximum € 3,000.00 and deductible € 150.00); It does not provide for the plastering allowance as it is already included in the basic policy with a fixed amount of € 200.00 for all radiologically ascertained fractures whose after-effects fall within the 7% deductible. Third party liability (RCT): The maximum available to each member is raised to € 2,500,000.00 (two million five hundred thousand) single, without any deductible for personal injury but with an overdraft payable by the interested party of € 500.00 (five hundred), deductible for only damage to animals and things.

3) CAMP’S GEAR
The luggage should include underwear for one week, a bathrobe, a training suit, a fleece, slides, sneakers, and casual outfit for leisure-time. Bring the swimming suit for the pool. 
When registering, each camper receives the Supercamp kit consisting in: reversible jersey and shorts to be used when playing in the league games, camp's bag, T-shirt and a portable water bottle.  For training, the campers will use their own basketball stuff.  The laundry service is available upon charge, and it must be reserved on the registration online form. 
It costs € 18 for 1 wash.
